SYMMETRY is set to be the world’s first gymnasium for the brain dedicated to mirror movement development (MMD) located in the Ocean Beach area of San Diego, California, USA. While the physical location doesn’t yet exist, group activity sessions have begun and will continue at neighborhood parks, beaches, libraries, coffee shops, schools, and additional venues.
The concept of SYMMETRY is simple: introduce people to the lifestyle of MMD and encourage its practice together through mirrored and symmetric activities like mirror reading, writing, typing, ball, board, and disk sports, walking, hiking, cycling, swimming, yoga, and more.
